These reports accompany your SR&ED claim, significantly boosting its credibility and making it easier to defend—something you won’t find with other SR&ED solutions.
To start taking advantage of this feature, you’ll need access to three types of customer data that seamlessly connect with the Boast platform.
1. Gathering Technical Data (Jira, Github, etc.)
To get started, simply connect your preferred project management tool to the Boast platform, either through direct integration or by uploading a CSV file.
With direct integrations, the platform automatically matches all relevant fields. If you upload a CSV, you may need to help with the mapping. The platform then reviews user assignments, change logs, and timestamps from your technical data to build individual worklogs—showing exactly who did what and when.
2. Project Information for Classification
Next, our SR&ED experts work closely with you to define your project strategy through an in-depth technical interview. The key project details collected during these sessions help Boast accurately classify worklogs according to which projects are eligible and which are not.
3. Gathering Payroll Data
Finally, the payroll data you provide helps us determine the employment periods for everyone involved in your projects.
Once all three data sets (Technical Data, Project Information, and Payroll Data) are processed with support from our SR&ED specialists, our platform analyzes and produces detailed time evidence.
